WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET


Although there is some uncertainty in the Kelowna real estate market right now, people still need to move. The need to buy and sell homes is still present.  Because of this our industry has been declared an Essential Service by the provincial government of British Columbia.


That being said, it's not entirely business as usual. We are utilizing technology now more than ever and extra precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of each person involved in every transaction.


At Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty, our mission statement is simple: Help People. In consideration of social distancing and all of the paperwork that's required to complete a real estate transaction, it's essential that entire transactions can be completed electronically. That's why our brokerage has worked tirelessly to ensure that every home buying or selling transaction can be completed in an entirely touchless manner.


I have also created a comprehensive marketing plan that includes virtual tours to highlight the best qualities of your home, while minimizing contact. And when in-home showings are required, I always follow standardized procedures as set out by the World Health Organization.
