Welcome to my playground!

These are just a few of my favourite spots around the Central Okanagan! This area is truly unique with it's abundance of hiking trails, beaches and amazing restaurants, all within a 15 minute radius from almost any location. With a population of around 140,000* Kelowna still has a small city feeling but it becomes a bustling oasis in the summer time due to the amazing weather and our world famous hospitality. In the winters, we head up to Big White for snow, sunshine and fresh air, taking advantage of the full four seasons that the Okanagan has to offer.

If you're from out of town and you have questions about the different areas within the Central Okanagan (and what their general price points and amenities are), I'd be happy to help you decide where to focus your search. Whether you're looking for your own beachfront sanctuary, a family home in the suburbs, or a modern condo in the downtown core we truly have something for everyone here. Don't hesitate to reach out!

* According to BC Statistics as of January 31, 2020 the population of the Central Okanagan (from Peachland to Lake Country) is estimated to be 217,000 with 142,146 in Kelowna; 15,143 in Lake Country; 35,818 in West Kelowna; 7,000 in Peachland and 18,411 in unincorporated areas. The Central Okanagan is one of the fastest growing regions in the province with an average growth rate of 1.48% per year.
